What better way to spend your summer vacation time than out in the football field playing in an organized, non-contact football league wearing official gear of the NFL. Introducing the NFL flag football for the 2015 summer season was a whole new concept not only for our community as a whole, but also to our student athletes. Our flag football season kicked off on June 20 with a free flag football clinic open to all registered participants. There are three different co-ed divisions which cater to certain age groups for our student athletes. Our Pee Wee division includes ages 4-7, the Junior division includes ages 8-10, and lastly we have our Senior division for athletes ages 11-13.

Watch live clips and snapshots of the games hosted every Saturday morning at the Avenal High School football stadium. Our NFL flag football season will wrap up with championship games August 1, and end during an afternoon All-Star game August 7 where we will invite all of the season participants to be awarded. So weather you’re a Cowboys fan, Patriots fan or 49ers fan come out and support your local youth athletes and lets beat the summer heat together.
